A school that grew because families felt the difference.
It started with five children. It kept growing because it felt right.
In 2011, Katy Horowitz moved from London to Miami Beach with a simple belief: school can be joyful, serious, and deeply personal. Together with Sharone Eichberg, she started with five children in a living room.
That small beginning became Gan Katan, then a kindergarten in 2017, then a grade added every year. Families kept coming because the school felt warm, close, and full of life.
Today, Pardes serves more than 220 students across two campuses, from preschool through 8th grade. It is bigger now, but it still feels like a place where children are known well.
Pardes Day School's elementary program is accredited by the Association of Independent Schools of Florida (AISF).
From a living room to two campuses.

Five children. One living room. The start of Pardes in Miami Beach.
- 2017
Kindergarten. The elementary school begins, growing one grade each year.
- 2025
Middle School. The Pardes Way extends all the way through 8th grade.

Two campuses. Serving children from preschool through 8th grade.
